Jeremy Smith
Founder & President of Citadel Development Services
Jeremy formed Citadel Development Services, LLC in 2019 to manage intentional, design-driven projects as a General Contractor, Construction Manager and Owner Representative for commercial, restaurant, and entertainment projects. Prior to Citadel, Jeremy served as the Vice President of Design and Development for Torchy’s Tacos. He has over 20+ years of experience managing all aspects of real estate analytics and economics, design, entitlements, feasibility, procurement, planning, construction, and facilities. Jeremy has a wife of 22 years, three daughters, and lives in Austin, Texas.
Mark Odom, AIA
Founder & Principal of Mark Odom Studio
Mark moved to Austin in 2004 and created an award-winning, design-focused studio producing residential, commercial and public art projects. Prior to m(ødm), Mark worked on a variety of small and large-scale projects primarily relating to urban infill, adaptive reuse, and mixed-use high-rise development. Mark has 20+ years of experience in the architecture and construction industry and focuses the studio on collaborative efforts in quality design, material investigation, spatial development, and proper construction practices. Mark is a father, husband, and dog-dad to the happiest Basset Hound.
